Renaissance helped Glencrest formulate an Employee Policy Handbook.
This was accomplished by interviewing all employees and holding conferences
with management. It was a difficult job due to the fact that some employees
were family members. The work was done professionally and timely while
accessing all the details.
Renaissance and Mr. Metzger saw us through a difficult time. We would
