Interventions have included numerous clergy and lay leader consultations, interventions with church Pastors and consistories, and several educational interventions, helping lay leaders develop new tools to address conflict and become healthier, better differentiated leaders.

• Establishing and implementing a Joint Conflict Resource Team with the Lutheran Synod.

• Co-Chair of the Joint Conflict Resource Team of the Penn Northeast Conference of the UCC and the NEP Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America

• Presented Boundary workshops for the staff, committees and teams of the PNEC to understand boundaries as they relate to and impact clergy and the church

• Conflict workshops have been developed and presented to the East Berks Association of the UCC; Annual meeting of the PNEC and the Interim Ministers of the Central, Southeast and Northeast Conferences of the UCC including understanding types and levels of conflict, power currencies, healthy traits of family and systems, boundaries, and strategies for resolution.
